4. Payment Terms

Clients are billed based on project completion or milestones as agreed upon prior to commencing work. Payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe. No payment is required upfront unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time without penalty. Full refunds will be provided for unsatisfactory work or if we fail to complete a project as agreed.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of Romania. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SERAPIS CODE S.R.L concerning our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
